For any matter concerning personal data you may write to info@scarpefatteamano.com or telephone +39 030 2394708.

What data we process

#
Contact and identification data
First name, surname, email address, telephone number, delivery and billing address, and VAT number or tax code if you request an invoice.
Order data
Products chosen, size, personalisation requested, notes for the workshop, amounts, and the status of the work and of the shipment.
Foot measurements
Length, width, fitting, asymmetries and any photographs of the foot that you send us for made-to-measure work. We treat these as ordinary data, relating to the making of a shoe.
Information concerning health
If you tell us of your own accord about foot problems, orthopaedic prescriptions or the need for orthotic insoles and raises, that data belongs to the special categories under Article 9 of the Regulation. We process it solely on the basis of your explicit consent and only in order to make the footwear requested. If you would rather not provide it, we can still proceed, with the limitation that the footwear will be less closely tailored to your needs.
Payment data
We neither process nor store your card details. Payment takes place on the systems of the payment service provider, which receives the data directly from you. We keep only the outcome of the transaction and the order reference.
Browsing data
Technical data collected automatically by the systems running the site, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and times of access. They serve to deliver the pages and to protect them from abuse. They feed no traffic analytics tool: the site uses none.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Where that happens, the transfer takes place solely on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission or on the basis of the standard contractual clauses adopted by the Commission under Article 46 of the Regulation, supplemented where necessary by additional measures.

In practice: the infrastructure, payment and messaging providers belong to groups that may process data in the United States as well. The transfer rests on the adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission on 10 July 2023 for the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or on the standard contractual clauses.

You may request a copy of the safeguards in place by writing to info@scarpefatteamano.com.
